Welcome to the Frazers Landing website! Frazers Landing began in 2000. It's a community on Lake Anna in Orange and Spotsylvania Counties in Virginia. The land was once part of the Seven Gables farm, which remains a focal point. What began as many families and couples looking for a piece of property has evolved into many friendships—a great neighborhood, and it just keeps getting better.

There are many active community members who are determined to preserve this growing development. We are forming committees to tackle any issues that arise, starting "Clean Up" days to beautify our surroundings, and participating in local organizations so that Lake Anna continues to be a place to enjoy.
