Note: Dowload these forms, fill them out and email them to ARC. You will also have to submit plans. Email ARC@frazerslanding.com to a mutually agreeable deliver method.

ARC New House Form (Word doc - 32KB) - This is the form you need to submit to the ARC committee with your new house plans for review prior to building.

ARC Improvement Form (Word doc - 25KB) - This is the form you need to submit to the ARC committee with plans for improvements to you home/lot for review prior to building.
