Lot Upkeep

All lots must be mowed at least twice a year—once by June 1st and once by November 1st. This is not only for appearance, but to reduce fire hazards, wild animals, and insects like ticks.

Lots that are not mowed will be mowed, and the owners will be sent a bill along with a $25 administration fee.
